Founder Paul Jarah began his career as a fast-track policy civil servant in London before moving into consultancy.  Over the years he honed his skills with blue-chip firms around the world, including roles;

  • founding the practice of Price Waterhouse (as it then was) in Poland
  • General Manager Strategy of PA Consulting Group across its Asia Pacific Zone
  • in the Australian leadership team for MI-GSO Pcubed, global specialists in portfolio, program and project management.

Unlike many consultants Paul also has executive experience enabling him to empathise with client leadership teams, e,g as Head of Strategy and Corporate Development for DST Global Solutions (provider of "big ticket" software platforms for investment management firms around the world) and General Manager of a payroll outsourcing business serving more than 2,000 small and medium size enterprises around Australia.
